Laura Gariepy is a certified Transitions Lifestyle Coach and nutraMetrix wellness consultant to health professionals.  She is a graduate of Mount Holyoke and Dartmouth colleges and has spent most of her career as a healthcare consultant and executive leader driving innovative strategies and solutions within the healthcare industry.  Laura's passion is to change the way we approach healthcare in this country, shifting focus from "sickness care" to wellness and prevention. She teaches Physicians, Employers, Insurance Professionals, Wellness spa’s, Athletic Organizations, families and individuals. Laura incents and empowers people to take control of their weight once and for all, so they can live better, longer!

My Story

• Struggled to lose weight– plateaued after two years and became metabolically challenged, carb sensitive, downright unhealthy and miserable with myself.
• At 42, I thought looking great and feeling great was only in my past.
• Cancer haunts me- Both parents have colon cancer , both sets of grandparents died of cancer.
• As a mother of 4, completely committed to getting healthy . .. but completely confused as to how.
• Thankfully, discovered the right path to optimal health and body with Market America . . .and became a certified Transitions Lifestyle coach and nutraMetrix consultant to health professionals
